The Tenth Global Blockchain Summit will be hosted by Wanxiang Blockchain Labs on October 17th at Design Innovation Institute Shanghai, previously known as Lester Institute of Technology at 505 Dongchangzhi Road. The Global Blockchain Summit is one of Asia’s longest-running and most influential blockchain events annually hosted by Wanxiang Blockchain Labs since 2015. Ticket Refund Policy

1. The tickets  will only give to the access to the Tenth Global Blockchain Summit on Oct.17. Events on Open Day (Oct.16) are not included in the tickets.  You can also enjoy an afternoon tea on Oct.17 but other expanse of your travel, accommodation and meals shall be beared by yourselves.

2. The ticketing plaform Huodongxing will help to deal with ticket refunds and a 10% service fee for each and every refunded ticket will be charged by Huogongxing. This refund service fee is not charged by the organizer and cannot be waived by the organizer.

3. If you wish to refund your ticket(s), please issue the refund at least 24 hours before the event starts. Any refunds issued in less than 24 hours before the event starts will not be dealt with.

4. If you wish to refund your ticket(s) as the event is rescheduled or cancelled due to force majeure, no refund service fee will be charged. You can email us at summit@blockchainlabs.org to issue a refund.  We will deal with your applications when we receive the emails.

About Student Pass

3. Please note that student tickets are not allowed to be purchased on behalf of others or transferred to others. And the staff will double check the student ID card when you enter the venue.

4. You will be denied admission if your student ID is invalid or does not match with you.
